Our rooms are spacious and the service second to none. We know that traveling can be tiring and we will do our best to make your stay easy and unique. Responsibility
We grant you the space with exclusivity. This means that you have accepted the sole responsibility for the security of both the facilities and your own. In case an unknown person visits the premises, please do not allow them to enter and ask them to contact the owners.
What to watch out of
Pay attention to the perimeter of the place! Confine yourself and your children to the grass covered area. Avoid entering the lake for health and safety reasons. You walk in the area being careful where you step, there is the rare possibility of reptiles crossing.
In the tents
We urge you to be especially careful during your stay in the tents. We do not enter with shoes in them and you are not allowed to carry food and drink. Smoking inside the tents is prohibited for health and safety reasons. When you leave them, always close the net so that you don't have unwanted company, e.g. insects and reptiles
S.O.S The pool
ENTER THE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK!
The entrance to the pool is allowed from 09:00 am until 20:00 after which a maintenance procedure follows. You enter the pool at your own risk and children are always under your supervision. Please do not let your children wander around the perimeter of the pool without your supervision. The pool has different altitude depths with the lowest at 1.5m and the highest at 1m. You are allowed to enter the pool, for your own hygiene, after you have taken a shower.
Children in the pool area always under your supervision!!!
Electrical devices
Pay special attention to the use of electrical appliances. Don't forget to turn them off and remove them from the power supply when you're done using them.There is a risk of them igniting.
Flaming fire
We consider one of the most beautiful experiences in Friendsland to be lighting a fire in the firepit.Please be sure that during the use of the firepit there are no winds capable of endangering the surrounding area and your life. Make sure the coals you will be using to grill your food are completely extinguished before emptying them into the designated area.
Quiet hours
Show the necessary respect for neighborhoods and common quiet hours. The volume of the music should be lowered during the midday hours, and after 23:45 it should be completely stopped. In Friendsland it is not allowed to bring sound systems and organize parties with a DJ.We inform you that the legal responsibility lies with the tenant in case the police judge that there was no respect for the common quiet hours or disturbance of the area.
Cleanliness
One of the basic rules of a concession agreement
of self-managed accommodation is the obligation of the guests to deliver the space clean as it was originally allocated to them.
We invite you to observe the above rule, especially in relation to the use of the kitchen equipment, the bar and the BBQ station.
